...nose of dried flowers, red berries and eucalyptus. Full-bodied and steady-handed in its intensity. Silky, fine tannins and lots of juicy character. There’s a background, savory note of earth. Jasmine comes through as well. Lovely.
Dried cranberry, hints of hibiscus and a touch of rust show on the nose of this bottling. The texture on the palate is very taut, ensuring great cellar potential to allow the flavors of baked strawberry, cherry, dried tarragon and fennel pollen to further converge.
