Unctuous and intense, with maple, date, dried orange peel, clove, cardamom and singed ginger notes all coursing along, backed by a hint of green tea on the finish.
Seriously ripe but vibrant aromas of fresh peach, orange marmalade and rose petal. Moderately viscous and very sweet but with surprising lift to the highly complex, lightly salty flavors of peach syrup, rose petal, clove, botanical herbs and toffee.
Very appetising and toasty nose. Tastes relatively soft and sweet – apricots – a bit like Tokaji with extra sugar. Not that dense but very sweet and very charming, complex nose.
