It has lots of spice, sous bois, and earthy, mushroom-like nuances sitting over solid darker berry fruits. These carry to a rich, structured Pinot Noir with good overall balance and plenty of tannins. It's very much in the style of this estate and shines for its savory, earthy complexity as well as its elegance.
