Wax resin, yellow plum, pressed dandelion and light peaty aromas waft from the glass all with wonderful delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine bead of acidity, hints of green olive complementing the citrus fruit with wild peaches towards the finish.
A very pretty and creamy white with cooked apple, lemon and hints of cream. Full body. Love the layers. Soft and beautiful texture. It just flows over the palate.
...aromas of green pear, white currants, pastry cream and blanched almonds that has already digested most of its new oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, deep and very concentrated, with almost chewy levels of extract and considerable power, underpinned by succulent acids and concluding with a grippy, chalky finish.
Well-sculpted and fresh, with a firm structure to the complex array of pear, fig and tropical fruit flavors. Creamy, with a long, lush finish that offers appealing notes of cumin.
