A richer Willamette chardonnay with baked apples, pastries, hazelnuts and salted butter on the nose. Smoked almonds, too. It’s medium- to full-bodied with tasty nutty elements to the ripe, creamy fruit.
Struck-match reduction, vanilla custard and toasted mochi on the nose. High acid on the palate with preserved lemon and salt. A lingering, toasty finish with a touch of slightly smoky white sesame seed.
