...finesse...subtle nose...ripe with 15% alcohol and has abundant grainy tannins...

...hint of fine game and dark earth to the mossy mulberries, wild strawberries, forest floor, white pepper and fine herbs. Fine, chalky tannins loaded with naturally expressive berry flavors on a glamorous, supple palate. Really precise and ethereal but not short of any intensity.

Comando G was founded by friends Daniel Jimenez-Landi and Fernando Garcia, who met while studying at the University of Madrid. The vineyard stretches 10 hectares and is organically and biodynamically farmed. Vines range in age from 50 - 80 years old and are planted in granite, slate, and quartz dominant soils. Fruit is always harvested by hand and each bottling is single-vineyard, as they seek to bring out the unique nuances from each of their plots. Bid on Comando G wines in auction today!
