Explosively perfumed bouquet of creme de mure, blueberry, vanilla, rose, clove and cinnamon. Velvety in texture and strikingly sweet, with powerful dark berry and cherry flavors underscored by strong vanillin oak.
Big and bold, like the excellent ’04 version... it’s a black hole of plum and blackberry fruit that explodes in the mouth, staining the palate with fruity intensity.
Lithe, supple and generous. A silken mouthful of ripe blueberry, plum and black olive flavors, mingling effectively as the finish rolls on and on. The tannins are well-integrated.
